Our service provides AI-powered insurance estimate analysis and dispute documentation for contractors, restoration companies, roofing professionals, auto body shops, and personal injury attorneys.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

• Email address — required to deliver your dispute package and for account communications
• Uploaded documents — PDF files of insurance estimates and adjuster counteroffers you submit for analysis
• Business information — your name, company name, or other details you include when submitting a claim
• Payment information — collected and processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor; we do not store your card number, CVV, or full payment credentials (see Section 4)

• Log data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, time and date of access, and referring URL
• Device data — device type, operating system, and screen resolution
• Usage data — how you interact with our website, including clicks, scrolling behavior, and time on page

We may receive limited information from payment processors (such as transaction confirmation and billing address) and analytics providers to help us improve our service.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your uploaded estimate documents to train AI models that serve other customers without your explicit consent.

4. Payment Processing

All payment transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. When you purchase a plan or single-claim report, you are submitting your payment information directly to Stripe — not to ScopeCorrect.

Stripe collects, processes, and stores your payment card data in accordance with their own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.

ScopeCorrect receives only:

• A transaction confirmation token
• The last four digits of the card used
• Your billing email address
• Payment status (success or failure)

We never store your full card number, expiration date, or CVV.

5. Email Communications

By submitting your email address, you agree to receive:

• Transactional emails — your dispute package delivery, payment receipts, and submission confirmations. These are required for the service to function and cannot be opted out of while using ScopeCorrect.
• Service notifications — updates about your account, subscription renewals, and service changes.

We may also send you occasional product updates or promotional communications. You can opt out of non-transactional emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any such email or by contacting us at hello@scopecorrect.com.

We do not share your email address with third-party marketers.
