Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using ScopeCorrect. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Parties and Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Geminus Holdings LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Geminus Holdings," "ScopeCorrect," "we," "us," or "our"), operating the ScopeCorrect service at scopecorrect.com ("Service").

By using the Service — including by purchasing a plan, submitting documents, or accessing any report — you agree to these Terms in full. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

ScopeCorrect is an AI-powered insurance estimate analysis platform. The Service allows users to upload insurance estimates and adjuster counteroffers as PDF documents, which are then analyzed to identify potential discrepancies. The Service generates a line-by-line discrepancy report and a professional dispute letter ("Dispute Package") delivered to the user's email address.

The Service is designed for use by:

  • Water and fire restoration contractors
  • Roofing contractors
  • Auto body repair shops
  • Personal injury attorneys and legal professionals
  • Other licensed business professionals dealing with insurance estimate disputes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Not Legal Advice

ScopeCorrect does not provide legal advice. Geminus Holdings LLC is not a law firm and is not engaged in the practice of law. All reports, dispute letters, and analyses generated by the Service are informational tools only.

The Dispute Package generated by ScopeCorrect is not a substitute for professional legal advice, and Geminus Holdings LLC makes no representations about the legal sufficiency, accuracy, or outcome of any dispute letter for any specific jurisdiction, claim, or situation.

You are solely responsible for reviewing all outputs before submission to any insurance carrier, attorney, or third party. You should consult a qualified attorney, public adjuster, or other licensed professional before submitting any dispute documentation in connection with a legal matter.

4. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years of age and a business professional (or acting on behalf of a business) to use the Service. The Service is not intended for personal, family, or household use.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting documents and purchasing the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of any account credentials and for all activity associated with your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Submit fraudulent, fabricated, or materially altered documents for analysis
  • Use the Service to generate documentation for claims you know to be false or fraudulent
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Service or its AI outputs for commercial use
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law
  • Misrepresent the source or authorship of generated dispute letters to any party
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Service outputs without our prior written consent
  • Interfere with or disrupt the security or integrity of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this section without refund.

6. Payment Terms

All purchases are processed through Stripe, Inc., our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Current pricing tiers are as listed on the ScopeCorrect website at the time of purchase. Prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change with notice.

  • Single Claim — one-time purchase for one dispute package
  • 5-Claim Bundle — one-time purchase, credits expire 12 months from purchase date
  • Unlimited Monthly Plan — recurring subscription billed monthly until cancelled

You authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your selected payment method for the amount displayed at checkout. For subscription plans, you authorize recurring charges on the same billing cycle until you cancel.

7. Refund Policy

Because ScopeCorrect delivers a digital service that is fulfilled immediately upon submission, we maintain the following refund policy:

Single claims and bundles

If your Dispute Package is not delivered within 10 minutes of submission, or if you encounter a technical error that prevents delivery, contact us at hello@scopecorrect.com within 48 hours for a full refund or re-delivery at your option.

Refunds are not available once a Dispute Package has been successfully delivered to your email address, as the service has been fully rendered.

Monthly subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access through the end of that period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused subscription time.

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge at hello@scopecorrect.com.

8. Subscriptions and Cancellation

Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the customer portal link provided in your subscription confirmation email, or by contacting hello@scopecorrect.com.

We will send a reminder before each renewal. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you no longer wish to be charged. Geminus Holdings LLC is not responsible for charges that result from failure to cancel.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ScopeCorrect website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Geminus Holdings LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The AI analysis methodology, report templates, and dispute letter framework are proprietary to Geminus Holdings LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from Service outputs for the purpose of building a competing service.

The Dispute Package we generate for you is licensed to you for your own business use. You may share it with your clients, adjusters, and legal counsel in connection with the specific claim for which it was generated.

10. User Content and Documents

You retain ownership of the documents you upload to ScopeCorrect. By uploading documents, you grant Geminus Holdings LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to process and analyze those documents solely to provide the Service to you.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You have the right to upload and share the documents you submit
  • The documents are authentic and have not been materially altered to misrepresent a claim
  • Your use of the Service and submission of documents does not violate any applicable law or third-party right

We do not use your uploaded documents to train AI models serving other users without your explicit consent. See our Privacy Policy for details on how documents are retained and deleted.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately and without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 3, 9, 11, 12, 13, and 15) will survive.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation by contacting us at hello@scopecorrect.com.
